Rep. Dean Phillips to Receive Endorsements from New Hampshire Politicians
State Representative Matt Coker and Manchester Alderman Bill Barry endorse Rep. Dean Phillips for Democratic candidate for president at Manchester office opening
Manchester, NH – Today, New Hampshire State Representative Matt Coker and Manchester Alderman Bill Barry announced their endorsement of Rep. Dean Phillips in his run for the Democratic presidential nomination.
“As a Democrat who won in the reddest area of New Hampshire, I knew Democrats would need to make changes to remain competitive,” said New Hampshire State Representative Matt Coker. “I had given up hope for that change until Dean Phillips stood up. I believe Dean Phillips embodies the energy, charisma, and practical vision needed not only to build a coalition to beat Trump but also to invigorate it and regain crucial voters Biden has been losing. I’m proud to stand alongside him, sending a message to the nation by winning the New Hampshire primary on his path to the White House.”

State Rep. Coker and Alderman Barry’s endorsements follow the endorsement of Rep. Steve Shurtliff, former Speaker of the House of Representatives in New Hampshire, and were announced at the opening of Rep. Phillips's presidential campaign office in Manchester, New Hampshire.
